Bluff City Theater lands 21 nominations in the 2017 Broadway World St. Louis Theater Awards

Nominations include Best Drama, Best Musical and Best Theater Company

After just three seasons, Bluff City Theater is already making its mark in the theater community. 2017 was our most successful to date, thanks in part to a strong lineup of interesting and innovative productions including the American premiere of Richard Ouzounian and Marek Norman’s inspiring musical, Emily and Bernard Sabath’s fictionalized look at Tom and Huck in their 70’s, The Boys in Autumn, performed entirely outdoors on the banks of the Mississippi River.

Those two plays lead off a strong showing in the Broadway World St. Louis Theater Awards, joined by a second Best Musical nod for C’est la Vie, a light-hearted romp that converted the theater into a Parisien cabaret for it’s run.
