The Annual Meeting and Election of Officers of Bluff City Theater will be held on Wednesday, November 27th in the theater located at 212 Broadway in Hannibal starting at 6 p.m. All interested parties are invited to attend.
The bylaws of Bluff City Theater stipulate that any member, described as any subscriber, donor or sponsor may attend the annual meeting and vote on its business. Relevant documents will be made available to attendees prior to the meeting. The business portion of the meeting will begin promptly at 6:30.
Board officers will be in attendance and available to answer questions about the business of the theater.
